Install Cyanogenmod 10 Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Galaxy S2

If you want to install the latest version of Cyanogenmod on your Samsung Galaxy S2 can do so by following the steps in this video tutorial. You must first install Cyanogenmod 10 and then the Google Apps (download links below the video)

Note: To make this process you should have root your device. If you do not have it and want root, see this video tutorial that explains step by step how to do it.

Rooting your Samsung Galaxy S2


If you already have root, you must follow these steps and see the video:

    Turn off the device
    Boot in recovery mode by pressing volume up + home + power while until we get the recovery menu
    We do data cleansing in 4 steps: Wipe data factory reset, Wipe cache partition, Advanced, Wipe dalvic cache, Wipe Battery stats
    Go back and select Install ZIP from SD Card and select the appropriate option Internal or External SDcard SDcard depending on where we copied the downloaded files.
    We look for the file select it and confirm CyanogenMod and begins installing
    We repeat the same operation with the file and installed Google APPS
    Go back and select Reboot System Now that is the first choice
    The phone reboots and hope to make the first boot always takes longer than normal, you have to be patient.
We have installed our new system.
